How it all started...
Radical Believers Chapel was birthed out of the Kingdom Foundations ministry, founded by Pastors Ravi and Julie Kandal in 2004. Ravi’s journey began at the age of 17 when he experienced a radical conversion, marked by the daily audible voice of the Lord guiding him. This profound encounter ignited a deep passion within Ravi to bring Jesus to the lost, leading him to start planting churches in the villages of India almost immediately after his salvation. During his first year of ministry, Ravi’s faith was solidified as he witnessed signs, wonders, and miracles that followed his unwavering pursuit of the Lord. Through this radical devotion, many came to faith, churches were established, and the power of the gospel began to dismantle entrenched Hindu traditions, bringing lasting transformation to countless lives.
After a year of dedicated church planting, Ravi was led by the Lord to further his theological education at Bob Jones Baptist University, where he earned his degree. Although he encountered some theological differences, particularly concerning the gifts of the Holy Spirit and modern-day miracles, Ravi emerged with a strong foundation in the Word of God, which continues to be a cornerstone of his ministry.

From India to Atlanta
Kingdom Foundations began its journey in India, where Ravi and Julie, newly married, immediately embraced a family life filled with adopted children. Today, they are blessed with seven adopted children, four biological children, and two grandchildren.
In 2012, under divine guidance, Ravi launched Radical Transformation 4 (RT4), a groundbreaking counseling model designed to bring freedom from the past, empowering individuals to step boldly into their God-given destinies. RT4 focuses on healing memories, behaviors, emotions, and spiritual authority, becoming the hallmark of Kingdom Foundations’ mission.

Radical Believers Chapel was established in Atlanta area to continue this mission, offering a place where people can encounter Jesus, experience true freedom, and become radical in their pursuit of God as they walk out their unique callings. Through this church, Kingdom Foundations extends its commitment to helping others experience deeper freedom, enabling them to become even more effective for the Kingdom.
